Chester County, along with other counties across PA and states across the Nation, is gearing up for one of the biggest milestones to take place during (many) of our lifetimes — the 250th anniversary of the United States of America!
Through the America250PA Chester County Commission (CC250), this commemoration will connect Chester County’s stories to our Nation’s past, present, and future through activities, events, programs, and projects now through July 4, 2026.
Many nonprofits, businesses, government agencies and municipal commissions, Elected Officials, and individuals have already jumped on board and “taken the pledge” to make the 250th a celebration with a purpose, such as Chester County Parks + Preservation, CCPC, and 24 of Chester County’s municipalities.
